Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - ACCORDING TO THE DISTANCE CONTRACTS ACT
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. This means that if you buy a product by mail order or via telephone, TV shop or Internet, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period begins to run from the day you received the product. Keep in mind that you can only cancel the purchase of sealed consumer goods, such as DVDs, toys, etc., if the seal is unbroken. Read more here: Swedish Consumer Agency on the right of withdrawal

If you cancel your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you pay any return shipping yourself, and the canceled product must always be returned in a substantially unchanged condition and in the original packaging with the associated packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. Companies are not entitled to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.

Please note that goods that are on SALE or in the Fyndhörnan cannot be exchanged or returned.

WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF COMPLAINT - ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PURCHASE ACT
We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All warranties apply in Sweden.

The product warranty only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

If there is a defect in a product you have purchased, you may, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, have the right to demand free repair, re-delivery of a new, fault-free product or to cancel the purchase and get your money back. Read more here: Consumer Agency on complaints

Your order confirmation or receipt serves as proof of warranty. Keep the document safe as the document is required if you need to exercise your warranty rights.

Please note that different rules apply to companies for warranty and complaint rights. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty rights provided by the supplier, where the warranty period may vary between different suppliers. Companies also do not have any right of complaint beyond their warranty rights from the supplier. If you would like more information about which rules apply to companies, you can contact our customer service.
